The Rich and well connected have an unfair advantage and the lawmakers and system developers exploit these weaknesses and use them to their advantage-
In English-
Lots of politicians are corrupt and smart and they will spin things so works in their and their money backers favor.
Diplomacy-
The art of telling someone to goto H***... in such a way that they actually look forward to the trip.
What you can do!
Educate your self and use the same programs that the rich and well connect use. They are buried in complicated structures but if a few bold people stand up and make it accessible for all... it can be done. and for those who have a voice and a video camera make your voice heard!!!
